专利说明:

The front sides of the arrangement are thus provided with an axial recess over a part of its circumferential length.
Document DE 44 44 449 C2 shows a holder for cylindrical roller bodies, the side rings of which are connected by pocket-forming projections, the projections being so profiled that they hold the roller bodies by means of projection edges extending parallel to their axis one and one on both sides of the dividing circle and the side rings directed bulges, against which the roller bodies abut with its end surfaces. The bulges extend only at part of the axial length of the side rings in the immediately adjacent area to fi ckor.
During the automated assembly of roller bodies, disturbances can occur, which can lead to a reduction in manufacturing efficiency.
The task of the invention The task of the invention is to make a holder for a bearing available, especially for a tapered roller bearing, which has a simple assembly of roller bodies and thus enables a safe robust assembly process. Furthermore, the task is to present a bearing, which can be manufactured in a safe and robust assembly process.
Summary of the invention This object is solved by a holder according to the invention for a bearing according to claim 1 and a bearing according to claim 4. The design of the invention is given from the referred to claims.
The presented holder for roller bodies has side rings, which are connected by projections, so that pockets are formed between the projections for receiving the roller body, wherein at least one side ring on the inside in the area of at least one is provided with a cap-shaped recess.
The cap-shaped recesses enable a trouble-free filling of the roller body during assembly. To do this, the roller body is first inserted into a side, i.e. in the area of the upper or lower side ring, and then into the pocket by a rotational movement, whereby the edge of the roller body, which describes the rotational movement, is inserted into the box. Thus, the said edge describes a process to which the cap-shaped recess is adapted. In the design, each of the at least one of the side rings is each provided with a cap-shaped recess. In this way, all roller bodies during assembly can be inserted without problems by turning. It may further be provided that at the holder on the inside of one of the side rings in the area of at least one pocket is provided with a cap-shaped recess, and the other side ring which does not have a calyx-shaped recess has in the area of at least one pocket on its upper side a shoulder.
In this case, the cap-shaped socket and the cap-shaped sockets are opposite the shoulder or the shoulders in the pocket and the pockets, respectively. When inserting the roller bodies, these will each be placed on a shoulder and then rotated around this point of construction.
In a possible embodiment, the holder is made of plastic or other materials.
The committees are usually evenly distributed around the perimeter. In this case, the pockets are the same size, so that the same roller bodies, i.e. roller bodies with the same dimensions, can be used.
A bearing with a holder of the type described above will further be described, the rolling bodies being inserted into the pockets of the holder.
The bearing can be shaped like a conical roller bearing. In this case, conical rollers serve as roller bodies.
The bearing produced can be designed for use in the automotive industry or for use in the industrial sector. In principle, the described layer may be used in different areas.
When mounting conical roller sets in holders, especially plastic holders, the rollers are inserted from above and first reach the holders with their smaller diameter.
A simple straightening, namely a tightening of the large diameter, is generally not possible with holders of known technology, as the pocket lengths are small in view of axial play. With cap-shaped recesses, the roller bodies can be turned in without problems and thus easily mounted in high-speed mounting.
The described recesses on the inside of the side ring act as mounting aids, and in later use usually do not have contact with the occupied roller bodies.
The roller bodies, such as conical roller hares, have functionally only a small axial play in the pockets, which typically does not allow diagonal rotation of the roller body. This means that when equipping or filling the holder, the roller bodies are inserted exactly parallel to their later operating position.
With the recess, utilizing the elasticity of the holder, even small-diameter roller bodies can be inserted even at high mounting speeds and then easily turned in. The cap-shaped recess thus has the task of creating a sufficient space when the roller body is turned in. 10 15 20 25 30 35 535 4'l'l Brief Description of the Drawings The invention will be exemplified by means of exemplary embodiments. In the accompanying drawings, Fig. 1 shows a part of an embodiment of the inventive holder according to perspective.
Fig. 2 shows a part of a further embodiment of the holder according to the invention in plan view.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS Fig. 1 shows a part of an inventive holder in perspective view, which is collectively indicated by the reference number 10. This holder 10 has an upper side ring 12 and a lower side ring 14, which are arranged to each other on a certain distance substantially parallel.
Between the two side rings 12, 14 extend, directed substantially perpendicular to the side rings, projections 16, which are arranged at an even distance from each other. These projections 16, like the side rings 12, 14 in the embodiment shown, are made of plastic. In the spaces between the projections 16, 18 cocks 18 are thus formed, which are provided for receiving roller bodies (not shown), in this case for receiving conical rollers. In the area of the pockets 18, each on the inside 20 of the upper side ring 12 is provided with a cap-shaped recess 22, each of which simplifies the assembly of the roller body provided with respect to the pocket 18. These cap-shaped recesses 22 are defined as flattened ball sections, the concrete embodiment of which is determined by radius and opening angle. In the holder 10 shown, the provided cap-shaped recesses 22 are adapted to the roller bodies to be accommodated, so that the mounting of this roller body is possible by rotation.
Furthermore, in the area above each 18 cka 18 on the upper side ring 12, a hook 24 is formed.
The lower side ring 14 has on its upper side 50 in the area at each square 18 a w-shaped and wavy contour, respectively, so that approximately in the middle of each square 18 on the upper side 50 of the lower side ring 14 a shoulder 52 is formed. the roller body when turning. 10 15 535 4 '|' | Fig. 2 is a section of a further embodiment of the described holder depicted, which is here denoted by the reference numeral 30. The representation shows a plan view of a side ring 32, the inside 34 of which is directed inwards with a cap-shaped recess 36. Above this cap-shaped recess 36 is a hook 38 shaped. It should be noted that the cap-shaped recess 36 in the area at an 40 40, is arranged substantially in the middle of this 40 40.
On the outside 42 of the side ring 32, two further depressions 44 are provided.
The cap-shaped recess 36 shown on the inside of the side wall 32 facilitates and enables the insertion of the roller bodies provided for the pocket 40, respectively. After mounting, the roller body is securely held in the pocket 40, without it abutting against the cap-shaped recess 36. 10 15 20 535 411 Reference designation list 10 12 14 16 18 20 22 24 30 32 34 36 38 40 42 44 50 52 holder upper side ring lower side ring projection fi no inside calotte-shaped recess hook holder side ring inside cap-shaped recess hook fi no outside recess upper shoulder
